We're a small Central Iowa contractor running big-contractor work - looking for operators, pipe layers, and laborers who take pride in clean trenches and finished compaction.

We're not a megacontractor - we're a tight crew that's been on Central Iowa dirt for three decades. That means you'll know everybody's name, you'll see your work from layout to final cover, and the owner is on site, not on a corporate org chart.
We invest in modern Doosan and Bobcat iron, we don't cut corners on safety, and we run year-round - septic doesn't care what the calendar says.
Who We're Looking For
A few roles we're actively trying to fill across Central Iowa.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Excavators, skid steers, dozers. CDL a plus but not required. Trenching, pad prep, and utility install experience preferred.
Pipe Layer
Sanitary, storm, and water main. Grade and slope reading, laser and pipe laser experience, fusion welding a plus.
Laborer / Groundsman
Entry-level welcome. Reliable, willing to learn, hands-on. We'll train you on the iron once you've earned the ticket.
Septic System Installer
IOWWA experience preferred - conventional, mound, and pressure-dosed. Read a perc test, build to the design, pass the inspection.
